One of the most notable international hotel management & culinary academies in Turkey, USLA (International Service & Taste Academy) is also the Istanbul Campus of "American Hospitality Academy International Hotel Management Schools (AHA-IHMS)" which offers certificate training programs in hotel management and food & beverage sectors for more than 30 years.

Our principle aim is to bring the professionalism and high-quality service approach of the ever-developing and growing hotel management and food & beverage sector to higher levels by offering our students a multinational and multicultural environment with the USLA team, our suppliers and business partners.

We contribute to the existing workforce of the hotel management and food & beverage sector by offering theoretical and hands-on training at international standards.

OUR ACADEMY BUILDING

USLA serves in a 2300 m² area in the 8-story academy building in Mecidiyeköy with 2 fully equipped Electrolux professional kitchens with a simultaneous capacity of 22 students, a workshop kitchen built by Arçelik with a capacity of 20 people, a demo hotel room simulation class, a front desk simulation class, a Barista training class, a special classroom for theoretical lessons, a library, a fitness space, locker rooms, storage rooms and a restaurant with a winter garden.
